Kowannenmu na sane da yadda ya kan kasance idan bai samu isashen barcin dare daya ba kawai. Mu kan ji gajiya, bacin rai, mu kuma kasa nutsuwa. Amma da yawa a cikinmu na tunani a nan kawai al’amarin ya tsaya.

Rashin isasshen barci na wani tsahon lokaci na haifar da muggan matsaloli ga lafiyar jiki, wanda ba su magantuwa har sai an rama shi.

A duk lokacin da muka dau bashin barci, jikin mu bai iya yafewa. Ko dai mu rama, ko kuma mu fuskanci matsalolin da hakan ke haifarwa:

2. Dakushewar kwakwalwa

3. Rashin karfin jiki

4. Bacin rai

5. Hawan jini

6. Matsalolin zuciya

8. Kunburin Idanu

9. Tsufa da wuri

10. Karyewar garkuwar jiki

11. Raguwar Sha’awa

12. Kara yiwuwar hadura
